Thirty8 Rosé comes from the K Vineyard estate of Carboy, Colorado’s largest winery. Founded in 2015 by certified sommelier Kevin Webber and head winemaker Tyzok Wharton, Carboy aims to elevate Colorado wine to world-class status by crafting expressive, high-quality wines that showcase the beauty of their homeland.

To make Thirty8 Rosé, Tyzok and his team selected grapes from their high-desert vineyards in the Grand Valley AVA. Grown at a staggering 4,772 feet in elevation, the vines benefit from sunny days that ripen grapes, chilly nights that preserve freshness and low humidity that keeps them healthy. The team cultivates North American grape varieties (rather than classic European grapes) because they are hardy and well-suited to the cool, arid climate.

A blend of Marquette and Frontenac grapes, Thirty8 Rosé has the beautiful, deep-pink hue of a Rocky Mountain sunrise. It offers vibrant aromas of watermelon candy and wet stone, plus lemon, lime and grapefruit flavors. Crisp and refreshing, it’ll pair well with dishes that complement its citrusy flavors.
