In search of the perfect Glera grapes, Alessandro headed to a historic site—an organic vineyard called 47 Anno Domini. It’s named for a famous Roman road completed in 47 AD, which borders the vineyard. Some of the original stones are still visible!

Thanks to mineral-rich soil, plenty of sun and gentle sea breezes, the grapes develop an extra intensity of flavor. Pop the cork on its beveled, jewel-like bottle and look forward to a fine stream of bubbles, along with a luscious, inviting palate of tropical fruit and fresh green apple, plus delicate floral notes.
