To craft this stunning white, talented winemaker Mark Hoddy turned to an ancient plot of Roussanne at a local family estate. Roussanne, most famously paired with Viognier and Marsanne in the opulent (and often pricey) blends of the Rhône Valley, finds a wallet-friendly home in the sunny Languedoc, where there’s a plethora of special discoveries like this just waiting to be found. The gnarled, old vines produce tiny yields, concentrating flavor and intensity in every glass.

Look forward to enticing aromas of ripe orchard fruit and nutty spice. Barrel fermentation imparts a full, smooth texture to the palate, which overflows with vibrant apricot, peach and pear flavors.
